AVIATION CLASSES
Todd will teach Aviation Science Classes in the 1st semester of each school year, and Aviation Careers in the 2nd semester at many locations in southern California. Contact Todd to have an Aviation Careers Class added for your group. This page will show some pictures of Todd's aviation background and a LOT of pictures of field trips from classes! There are some exciting activities, including students flying an airplane! There is a description of the aviation science and aviation careers class below. Classes are currently available as listed on the CLASSES & SCHEDULE page. Directions are on the CLASSES & SCHEDULE page. Your student can join at any time! AVIATION SCIENCE
The Aviation Science class available 1st semester during the fall of 2022 will cover several segments. Students will learn about aerodynamics, engines, flight rules & regulations, flight controls, air space structure, and aviation history. It will be an exciting class bringing in concepts from many disciplines of science. There will be 3 field trips including rocket shooting, radio control airplane flying, and an aviation museum. The class is $480/student for the semester at independent sites, and whatever is listed at Learning Centers on their website.

AVIATION CAREERS
The Aviation Careers class available 2nd semester will teach students about the many different career fields in aviation. There is more to the aviation world than just piloting! We will cover airfield operations, air traffic controller, aerospace engineer, pilot, aviation mechanic, and other aviation careers. There will be field trips to an airport to see airfield operations, possibly an air traffic control facility, an FBO to talk to aviation mechanics, an aviation mechanic school, and an optional trip to a local flight school where students can get behind the controls of a small plane for a lap in the pattern! The class is $480/student for the semester. There is an additional cost for the flight that parents must pay directly.
